Your Key Responsibilities

 

Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team Being the first point of contact for requestors, the ability to detect urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting the survey results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management Processing of order confirmation, including automation of it Collaborating with Purchasing Specialists Providing helpdesk service for internal customers

 

Your Qualifications

 

Pursuing studies for bachelor or master degree Fluent Polish and English at business level min. B2 (mandatory) Knowledge of German language an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to work in a team and international environment Customer orientation and very good organizational skills Quick learner and solution seeker Availability: minimum 30 hours per week
