Purchasing Intern

Job description:

La persona entrerà a far parte dello stabilimento di Arco Felice unendosi al Team Acquisti.
Lui/lei, rispondendo al Procurement Specialist, collaborerà con il Team nei seguenti compiti:

Richiesta e revisione delle offerte commerciali dei fornitori;Preparazione degli ordini di acquisto (tramite sistema SAP);Comunicazione con i fornitori in merito allo stato degli ordini e dei pagamenti, ai piani di consegna, a problemi di qualità ecc.;Coordinamento con altri reparti interni in merito alle esigenze/urgenze di stabilimento ed allo stato degli ordini di acquisto;Supporto nella gestione del tool per l’amministrazione delle fatture (Service Now): abbinamento di ordini e fatture per garantire la corretta registrazione dei POSupporto al Plant Buyer nell'ottimizzazione dei flussi e delle procedure correnti.

 

Qualifiche:

Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia
(un focus su Business Administration rappresenterebbe un plus)

 

Competenze chiave:

Conoscenza approfondita della lingua Inglese;Buone doti comunicative potrebbero aiutare nell’efficace scambio di informazioni con fornitori e colleghi ad ogni livello;Spiccate capacità organizzative potrebbero aiutare nell’efficiente gestione e completamento di più progetti assegnati contemporaneamente;Un alto livello di attenzione ai dettagli potrebbe aiutare a notare errori e incongruenze nei dati e nelle informazioni gestite;Elevate capacità di Problem Solving potrebbero aiutare nella ricerca di soluzioni ai problemi che si presentano durante il processo di acquisto (es. ricerca di un nuovo fornitore o modi per aggirare potenziali ritardi nelle consegne);Buone doti di Negoziazione potrebbero aiutare con gli obiettivi di saving in fase di trattativa economica con i fornitori.

Job description:

The person will be part of Arco Felice plant joining the Procurement Team.

He/she, reporting to the Procurement Specialist, will collaborate with the Team in the following tasks:

Request and review of commercial offers from suppliers;Preparation of Purchase Orders (by SAP system);Communication with suppliers regarding order and payment status, delivery plans, quality issues, etc.;Coordination with other internal departments regarding plant needs/urgencies and the status of Purchase Orders;Support in managing the invoice administration tool (Service Now): matching orders and invoices to ensure correct registration of POSupport to the Plant Buyer in optimizing current purchasing flows and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics

(a focus on Business Administration would be a plus)

 

Key Competences

Proficiency knowledge of English;Good communication skills could help in the effective exchange of information with suppliers and colleagues at all levels;Strong organizational skills could help in the efficient management and completion of multiple projects assigned at the same time;A high level of attention to detail could help in noticing errors and inconsistencies in the data and information managed;High problem solving skills could help in finding solutions to problems that arise during the purchasing process (e.g. finding a new supplier or ways to circumvent potential delays in deliveries);Good negotiation skills could help with savings objectives when negotiating economic terms with suppliers.
