Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Leading technical purchasing activities for new parts and components;Driving the purchasing Time-To-Market (TTM) process in heat pump development projects;Conducting and leading technical discussions with suppliers and engineering teams;Organizing and performing supplier visits;Monitoring and reporting on purchasing project achievements and progress;Initiating, coordinating and advancing preventative quality;Focus on target costing by identifying cost improvement opportunities with suppliers and engineers, supporting cost estimation and tracking;Preparing supplier awarding for new parts, ensuring alignment with project schedules in respect to part deliveries;Participating in innovation feasibility projects.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education:

Academic background in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (Additional commercial/business qualifications are valued).

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or engineering roles, preferably within commercial and project purchasing areas;Experience or knowledge in heat pump technology is a plus.

Languages:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Working Style and Personality:

Structured and analytical approach to work with strong problem-solving skills;Proactive, results-driven, and able to take ownership of projects;  Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities;Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams;Willingness to travel.
