Purchasing Coordinator
Job Title: Purchasing CoordinatorJob Description

The Purchasing Coordinator is a contract position with a duration expected to last at least 6 months. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the Req-to-PO process.

ResponsibilitiesReceive purchase requisitions.Communicate with appropriate partners to obtain purchase requisition approval.Create formal purchase orders.Ensure all purchases are authorized and comply with company budget and policy.
Essential SkillsProficiency in ERP systems.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.A degree or internship experience within procurement or supply chain.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The dress code is business casual. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in purchasing and the potential to receive a referral or reference for future opportunities.

This is a Contract position based out of Boyertown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
