Purchasing Coordinator

Overview:
Join a leading manufacturing company specializing in medical devices as a Purchasing Coordinator. In this role, you’ll support procurement operations by managing purchase orders, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue purchase orders for materials, components, and supplies based on production needs and forecasts.Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate purchasing records in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.Collaborate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and quality issues.Work cross-functionally with Receiving, Quality, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.Assist in maintaining the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and vendor documentation.Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with purchase order creation and trackingStrong communication skills (phone and email) for supplier interactionInventory management experienceWhat We’re Looking For:

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
