Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

Lead competitive bidding, negotiation, and supplier engagement strategies to secure best-in-class value and quality.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support long-term procurement goals.

Procurement Operations & Cost Optimization

Manage the full procurement cycle, including requisition processing, purchase order creation, and timely delivery coordination.Support the development and execution of cost-saving initiatives and procurement strategies.

Digital Procurement & Data Analytics

Contribute to the implementation of digital tools and data analysis to streamline procurement processes and enhance decision-making.Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing data, and procurement documentation.

Inventory & Supply Chain Continuity

Monitor inventory levels and vendor performance to ensure uninterrupted production and alignment with customer and engineering requirements.

Compliance, Quality & Documentation

Ensure adherence to corporate policies, quality standards, and ethical procurement practices.Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and quality assurance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between internal departments and suppliers to resolve procurement-related inquiries and ensure clear communication.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify and lead improvement projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and innovation in line with MAFACT and Magna principles.

Customer & Quality Focus:

Drive a culture of customer-focused problem-solving to enhance satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, with 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement or purchasing operationsMicrosoft Office knowledge Excel and Word; familiarity with digital procurement platforms and ERP systems is an advantage.Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.Strong organized and self-motivated, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within cross-functional teams.Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skilled in problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
