What will you be doing?
Ensuring timely, quality, and cost-competitive supplies to the unit.
Taking responsibility for the relative spending in the sourcing category.
Meeting targets and deliverables set by the Sourcing Manager.
Supporting the implementation of unit and/or category-led sourcing initiatives.
Fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Leading local supplier negotiation, selection, and management following KONE's strategic sourcing process.
Addressing supplier quality performance issues.
Assisting in regular reporting of unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including monthly budget and forecast data.
Updating and maintaining price lists in relevant systems and databases.
Ensuring compliance with KONE sourcing policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Support purchasing activity – source for suppliers and negotiations
Support ad-hoc request and reporting whenever needed
Are you the one?
Bachelor's degree holder in business or related courses
Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or purchasing in a multinational working environment
User knowledge of SAP / ERP and other sourcing system is an advantage
Providing high quality and correctness of data through monitoring and reports to the business
Knowledge on suppliers' contracts and policies
Candidate must be fluent in local language
