Durchführung der Bestellung von Roh, Hilfs und BetriebsstoffenSicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses in Abstimmung mit der ProduktionsplanungDie Koordination der Lieferungen in Verbindung mit der Beachtung der Mindest-, Melde- und Höchstbestände sowie die vorhandenen LieferfristenErfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bestelldaten und Lieferanteninformationen im SAP-System.Kontrolle von Lieferterminen, um die rechtzeitige Versorgung der Produktionslinien sicherzustellen.Direkter Austausch mit den Kollegen in der Produktion, Lagerlogistik, Qualitätssicherung um die Versorgung mit benötigten Materialien abzustimmen.Unterstützung des Teams bei der Vorbereitung und Nachverfolgung von LieferantenanfragenBearbeitung administrativer Tätigkeiten/Aufgaben im TagesgeschäftReklamationsabwicklungTeilnahme an Audits

Ihr Profil
