Responsibilities
Administer Infor, the purchasing card/expense management systemCreate reports from the expense management system and JDEManage the ordering, issuing and cancellation of corporate cardsLiaison for corporate card and expense management system questionsPerform audits of expense reportsCreate and maintain documentation related to AP and purchasing card processes and systemsRecommend changes to improve overall data quality and processing timeCreate journal entriesProvide measurements for performance metricsEngage with internal and external customersProvide back-up support to the Master Data teamEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and regulationsAssist with various projects within SSC. Projects could include, but are not limited to, process improvements, system implementations, process automation, and mergers andamp; acquisitionsPerforms all activities in accordance with the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company’s policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business ConductRequirements

JD Edwards experience preferredExperience using data analytics and dashboarding tools to provide value added information to business leadersAn analytical, detail-oriented, problem solver who works well as part of a team and independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint skillsExperience with Continuous Improvement process methodology preferred.
