Your Responsibilities

Support the purchasing team in acquiring products, services, and systems according to team guidance.

Assist in developing and qualifying new suppliers.

Follow up on delivery deadlines and update systems with accurate information.

Enter purchase orders into the system when needed.

Assist in analyzing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with requesting departments to ensure alignment and clarify purchasing needs.

Your Background

High school diploma completed.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Engineering is desirable.

Experience in purchasing workflows within industrial environments.

Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for supplier management.

Nice to Have

Experience with SAP.

Intermediate English proficiency.
