Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm)Support production planning by aligning material needs with forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times.Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and components.Monitor inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations.Coordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.Maintain accurate records using ERP/MRP systems.Purchasing Assistant Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field a plus.0–2 years of experience in planning, purchasing, or supply chain (internships/co-ops acceptable).Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
