We’re looking for aPurchasing Assistantto support our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine—managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping our inventory in check.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
+ Process purchase orders for stock and direct-ship customer orders.
+ Confirm and update factory acknowledgements to keep timelines on track.
+ Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
+ Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and report findings to corporate.
+ Maintain accurate records of supplier pricing, part numbers, and contacts.
+ Verify new part numbers and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
+ Coordinate returns and resolve issues with damaged goods.

+ Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
+ Strong Excel skills and comfort with purchase order systems.
+ A knack for staying organized and juggling multiple priorities.
+ Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
+ A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the fly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
