Description We are looking for a detail-oriented purchasing and order specialist for our established client. In this role, you will play a key part in managing sales processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. This position also involves occasional travel. Responsibilities: • Input sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with both internal teams and external customers. • Collaborate with the internal team to track purchase orders and provide updates to all parties. • Maintain accurate and organized accounts receivable records. • Contact clients with outstanding balances to ensure timely collections and resolve payment issues efficiently. • Approach challenges proactively by identifying opportunities for innovation. Requirements • Proven experience in billing functions, including collections and statement preparation. • Proficiency in computerized billing systems and order entry processes. • Strong organizational skills to coordinate schedules and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
