Adecco is assisting in recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator job in _Akron, NY_ . This position is a temp-to hire role.
In this role, you will coordinate with suppliers and vendors to handle sourcing and purchasing for a manufacturing facility.
**Responsibilities for Includes but Not Limited To:**
· Communicating clearly and concisely with management & colleagues, or independently, to complete projects
· Problem solving, and strong organizational skills
· Maintaining and creating spreadsheets with verifiable and accurate/relevant data
**Basic Requirements:**
• HS graduate or equivalent
• Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browser and Social Media platforms
• Proficiency & experience with data entry
• Familiarity with basic web searches, database queries
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of personnel, general public in a professional and effective manner
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, tact, and diplomacy while handling difficult client situations
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to sustain strong attention to detail and execute complex instructions with precision
• Previous experience working with overseas suppliers a plus.
• Previous purchasing, a plus.

· Pay rates starting at _$_ 19-$25 per hour depending on experience.
· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm
· Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
