Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchaser to join our team in Kent, Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing procurement activities, ensuring inventory is optimized, and maintaining efficient supply chain operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at coordinating complex processes. Responsibilities: • Analyze inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions for a wide range of SKUs. • Monitor the lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring timely updates and completion. • Manage and oversee various inventory control and supply chain projects. • Develop and present sales reports to support business decisions. • Address and resolve any supply chain disruptions proactively. • Provide customer support by tracking order statuses and fulfilling information requests. • Ensure compliance with import documentation and regulatory requirements. • Reconcile purchase orders and manage international freight coordination. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support procurement efforts. • Collaborate on both short-term and long-term planning initiatives. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a 4% match and 10 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year Requirements • Proficient in analyzing data and solving problems using math and statistical skills. • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team. • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, and familiarity with organizational systems. • Experience with databases is preferred but not required. • Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks with a high level of motivation. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement functions is highly desirable.
