Purchase to Pay Finance Analyst (fixed-term contract)

This position is a fixed-term contract for twelve months.

Area: 

Purchase to Pay Services Americas (P2P) is part of the Supplier and Reporting (GBR) cluster and includes Procurement and Accounts Payable E2E Services for the entire Americas region. In P2P, we are responsible for acquiring goods and services, up to the payment stage. Our area is responsible for processing plant demands and paying invoices on time to avoid delays in the production process. Everything necessary for a chemical plant to operate is acquired by P2P: chemicals, reagents, gloves, food, etc.  

 

Main Objective of the Position:  

The main objective is to ensure the supply of materials within its scope, working in collaboration with buyers and its counterpart in finance, while providing support to internal business partners in the purchase order process. 

 

Main Tasks:  

Ensure the supply of materials and services within the scope in accordance with the global P2P process Support internal business partners with purchase order creation, monitoring and confirmation process, ensuring they are routed to the correct channels Be first level contact and reference for sites and ODs, to handle P2P issues (troubleshooting)  Create, maintain, and monitor contracts under their responsibility in collaboration with category buyers. Work with their finance counterpart to achieve efficiency and improvement throughout the P2P chain Identify training opportunities with internal clients and request support to provide them. Contribute ideas to drive continuous improvement and digitalization 

 

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:  

Education | Graduate or advanced student in International Business, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Work Experience | 1 to 3 years of experience in service delivery within an operational role. Languages | Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written. Portuguese valued.  Technical Skills | MS Office, Knowledge of SAP is valued.  Soft Skills | Strong customer focus, effective communication skills, a drive for innovation, teamwork, ability to work independently, a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, adaptability.
