Purchase to Pay Administrator

Location: Ōtāhuhu, Auckland 

Function: Finance 

Type of Contract: Full time Permanent 

 

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join us at DB Breweries as a Purchase to Pay Administrator and play a key role in keeping our supplier relationships and internal processes running smoothly across New Zealand and Australia.

 

 Key Accountabilities: 

 

Vendor Invoice Processing: Validate and process invoices using SAP Invoice Management (SAPIM) and SAP to ensure timely payments. Inbox Management: Keep team and personal inboxes clear and respond to vendor queries promptly. Expense Reports: Process staff reimbursements in line with business commitments. Supplier Reconciliations: Reconcile Top 10 vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 20 days. Team Support: Provide cover for the PTP Leader and team members when needed.

 

Your background and experience: 

 

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations, compliance, and audit requirements. 3+ years’ experience using SAP in an FMCG environment. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. High accuracy and efficiency in managing large volumes of transactions. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A tertiary qualification in business, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
