Purchase & Sales Specialist
Description We are looking for a skilled Sales Operations Specialist t to join our team in San Francisco, California. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales operations, order processing, and quoting within a dynamic environment. The role requires strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing sales processes and systems to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of order processing, including quoting, pricing configurations, and ensuring accuracy in sales transactions. • Utilize Salesforce CPQ to maintain and update opportunities, accounts, and sales records effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate pricing and configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly forecasts using tools such as Epic Clarity. • Support quarter-end and year-end activities, including overtime work during peak periods to meet booking deadlines. • Monitor and maintain sales data in systems like Kugamon, ensuring consistency and reliability. • Coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to quoting and order management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during all sales operations. • Participate in holiday work schedules, excluding specific holidays, to meet business demands. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales operations and improve workflows. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field. • Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ with proven ability to manage opportunities and accounts. • Familiarity with forecasting tools such as Epic Clarity and quoting systems like Kugamon. • Strong understanding of pricing configurations and negotiating strategies. • Ability to work extended hours during peak periods, including quarter-end and year-end deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complex sales processes. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and stakeholders. • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
