In this role, you will be:

Understands Purchase Order, invoice validation requests from global stake holders.Understands third party spend of HWSW and able to ensure requisitions are in line with spend approval.Verifies purchase requisitions/expense requests related to Software/Hardware by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternativesAssemble, review and verify invoices/purchase order/contracts and check if ties back to actuals and forecasted spendDive deeply into all financial data and provide additional insights and identify required action items i.e. helps analysing workflow processes starting from Cost Planning – Cost requests – Purchase order - ActualsEstablishing and maintaining relationships with IT functions/Host finance and other stakeholders in the entire cost management workflowIdentify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutionsAnalyses the information by collecting and summarizing data and trend

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Finance Preferred) and more than 9-10 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related areaSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureSound Knowledge of purchase orders/contracts accounting/financial/operational principles for Hardware and software expensesExperience developing meaningful reports and metricsInterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentVery Strong Excel, data analyzing, and PowerPoint skillsDemonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communicationDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
