Accounts Payable Supervisor Liverpool - Hybrid Following Training Up to £40,000 DOE I'm delighted to be partnered with a professional services firm based in central Liverpool in their search for a Accounts Payable Supervisor. Reporting into the department manager, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of a team of 20+ and will hold responsibility for a large portion of the Accounts Payable function.

This role will be predominantly focused on day-to-day management of the team - my client is looking for somebody with great leadership skills who can train and develop a team and create a fantastic working environment.

Key duties of this role include:

Overall accountability for the processing of large volumes of transactions Overall accountability for the reconciliations of supplier statements Allocation of work across the team First initial point of contact for the team re: absences, annual leave, disciplinaries etc. Overall management of payment runs All mandatory training

Has excellent Excel skills Previous experience in a similar role and proof of leadership Is personable, professional and driven
