We are currently recruiting for an experienced Punch Press Setter to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in metal fabrication or precision engineering to work in a well-established and supportive environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic punch press machinesInstall and align dies, punches, and tooling to exact specificationsCarry out first-off and in-process quality checksAdjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and accuracyPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as neededWork from technical drawings and production schedulesMaintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with H&S standards 
Requirements
Proven experience setting and operating punch press machineryAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsGood understanding of sheet metal processes and materialsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAble to work independently and as part of a teamForklift or overhead crane experience (desirable but not essential)
