Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing technical issues with small diesel engines and pumps. You will also install, configure, and maintain equipment, addressing customer inquiries about technical problems, and instructing customers on proper equipment use.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues with small diesel engines and pumps.Install, configure, and maintain equipment.Answer customer inquiries regarding technical problems.Deliver and set up equipment with customer assistance, instructing on proper use.Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and document user requests.Pick up rentals and note any damage to equipment.Maintain inventory of all parts on the service truck.Test and evaluate systems to ensure optimal performance.Essential Skills1+ years of mechanical experience.1+ years of driving experience.Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.Knowledge of safety and troubleshooting procedures.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment.Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and with a team.Efficient in completing service calls and repairs.Ability to work on-call hours and travel as needed.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Why work here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
