ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Coordinates, develop and implement strategies for Category, Trade and Shopper initiatives for assigned area(s) Develop department and category insights to deliver greater share of promotion, distribution and shelving Analyze new growth opportunities by category; recommends new business opportunities Evaluates and measures campaign results; recommends changes to strategy Conduct promotional performance analysis; prepare sales and financial reports Create and deliver comprehensive category reviews and execute category initiatives with client in collaboration with stakeholders including but not limited to Revenue Management, Category Management and Field Sales teams Implements Trade Marketing strategies; track budget, communicate results and make recommendations to stakeholdersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience 3 years of trade marketing, brand management, or related experiencePreferred Qualifications
▪ MBA
▪ 1 year broker or sales analyst role experience
▪ Bilingual in English and Spanish
▪ Prior experience of planning and managing P&L
▪ Database management experience in SQL, ACCESS, or similar
▪ Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Working knowledge of category management processes and applications
▪ Experience in SAP, BW Analyzer and High Jump
▪ Working knowledge of consumption databases such as Nielsen
▪ Strong business and financial knowledge with business analytics skills and the ability to plan, track and evaluate trade management
▪ Ability to make recommendations for solutions based on information gathered and analyzed from existing systems and/or imperfect information
▪ Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate ideas verbally and in writing
▪ Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access and Power Point, advanced skills in Excel, including Data Analysis, Pivot tables, and complex graphs
▪ Ability to build professional relationships with Trade Marketing and cross functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment
▪ Ability to work within a matrix organization
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
▪ Able to travel up to 10% of the time

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
