About the job:
We’re looking for a Senior Industrial Designer to join our interdisciplinary team in designing
innovative, human-centered physical products and services. This role will lead a
workstream focused on creative problem-solving, industrial design, rapid prototyping, and
advanced visual storytelling. This is a unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge products
while growing as a leader in design thinking and food innovation.
Main activities:
Design and prototype physical products and packaging balancing form, function and manufacturability. Apply visual look and feel to bring design concepts to life. Present ideas using CAD, renderings, and high-fidelity mockups. Lead human-centered research to inform design strategies. Create prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid methods to explore, test and validate concepts. Explore and experiment with emerging tools, including generative AI. Deliver exceptional visual storytelling using 2D and 3D tools and techniques creating compelling presentations.
Qualifications / Experience:
3–5+ years of experience in industrial design (packaging, consumer products, or soft goods) Fluency in digital tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot and Adobe Creative Suite. Prototyping experience and passion, through 3D modeling and rapid prototyping skills (e.g., 3D printing) to test insights. Visual storytelling abilities, including strong instincts in graphic design and deck building. Strong theoretical or practical understanding of and ability to collaborate on the design for manufacturing (DFM) process. Fluency in English and Spanish. Experience with packaging design, including out-of-box experiences and sustainability considerations.
