Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of publishing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage the workflow of digital content creation, including layout design, formatting, and distribution across various platforms. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on publications, identifying and resolving issues related to formatting, accessibility, and metadata. Stay abreast of emerging trends in electronic publishing and digital content management, and recommend enhancements to existing processes. Provide training and support to team members on electronic publishing tools and best practices. Must-have Skills 3–6 years of professional copyediting experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and presentation clarity. Proficiency in markup and in applying editorial style guidelines, including AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong process orientation and organizational abilities. Ability to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate as appropriate. Skilled in following production schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing shifting priorities in fast-paced environments. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams Nice to have: Familiarity with financial and investment concepts. Experience using Seismic and Workfront platforms. Experience in financial or other heavily regulated industries (pharma, legal). Awareness of AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies. Interest in learning about software development and consulting services. About Us
