As Client Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, owning overall client relationships and strategy across all business groups -PC, Infrastructure, Services and Solutions- and orchestrating cross-business Groups' engagement with customers.
You are the opportunity identifier and relationship manager, both externally (for customers) and internally, and have the overall responsibility for revenue and profit across all brands. You will work collaboratively with the Enterprise and Public Sector team and report to the One Lenovo Client Leader for Iberia.
You will represent our brand and collaborate with the other internal sales teams to grow Lenovo’s market share- the perfect way to boost your commercial skills.
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with new customers in the Public Sector and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales Nurture relationships of trust with key customer stakeholders, particularly at C-Level and provide proactive follow-up, product information and manage their needs and expectations Lead account strategy and tactical planning Identify opportunities and work with specialist sales to close and with presales technical resource to address customer needs. Deliver revenue growth across your varied business partner base, leveraging our channel incentive programs You will develop profit and pricing proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and critical success factors for an effective rollout.Position Requirements:5+ years sales experience in the IT market with a proven track record of success and a focus on solutions sales Familiarity with the reseller business in the Portuguese region Entrepreneurial personality, customer focused, and able to deliver exceptional solutions well beyond customer expectations Professional fluency in English In-depth knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape Proven ability to contact, qualify, develop and close leads Broad existing network (C-level)
