1. ObjectivesThe main objective of the position is to guarantee the adequate running operation of the Siemens Mobility Permanent Establishment at Saudi Arabia, located in Jeddah. Ensuring the compliance with the regulatory framework.
Required English fluent, Saudi nacional is required, previous experience in government affairs and car and car license.
2. Area of responsibility• Siemens Mobility Spain Permanent Establishment in KSA3. Main tasks• SAGIA Services• Labor Office Services Account.• Civil Defense• Municipality License• Follow up with legal accountant in Jeddah Regarding Reimbursement of Tax paid, Declaration and OTP.• Renewal the COC membership services• Saudi Custom Authorization• Issue the GOSI Update Certificates• Issue & Renewal Wassel Address• Issue MUQEEM Account• Process Business/Work Visit Visa at MOFA on the needed.• Creation and management of invitation letters for foreigner employees.• Issue the Authorization letter from Ministry of Transportation for our Alharmain Project• Process Al-Hajj Authorization letter to Enter Makkah• onboarding and offboarding of the Employees• IT operation• P&O Services• Payroll services• Translation of Governmental Articles• Tax and Customs Services• Company Fleet Services• Employees Business Partner• Medical Insurance Services• processing all company governmental Payments• Controlling all governmental online Platforms• Visiting all Governmental ministries• Attendance of HR meetings at the Makkah-Madinah High-Speed Railway in representation of the SMO ES PE.• Administration tasks for the Branch and Makkah-Madinah High-Speed Railway, including Maintenance Management System works management.• Local interface of the PE with local Siemens entities, governmental entities, banks and other stakeholders.
