Public Relations Officer
Reports to the Project Manager, he/she will be the main point of contact
for all customers affected by our project.
The PRO will be responsible:
- for preparing and serving advanced notice
and informing customers of interruptions to their water supply.
- be available to onsite operations in case of
changes in plans and sudden requirements to warn customers of unplanned interruptions.
- to assist in customer management during any discoloured water or other incidents
related to the project.
- to ensure that all feedback cases received are attended to and resolved
promptly within an acceptable time frame.
- to update the customer analysis data for the project.
- to handout temporary supply of water to affected customers upon
request of the Client and Project.
- to ensure temporary supply of water in relation to the project
operations.
