THE JOB: 

Are you passionate about storytelling, media, and making connections that matter?  We're looking for a Public Relations Coordinator to join our team and support the exciting world of Public Relations at MGM Resorts International.  This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:  $20.71 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Write, maintain, and update press kit materialsMaintain and update the online photo library, video library, and press rooms for all Las Vegas propertiesHelp qualify and fulfill media requests and assist with distributing press materials to mediaDevelop schedules and coordinate with properties for media programs, including familiarization trips, filming, photo shoots, and media toursAssist with photo shoots, interviews, film shoots, and radio remotes after completing a shadowing period (some assignments may require overnight hours)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 18 years of age or olderOne (1) year of prior relevant experience in Public Relations, internships okMust be a strong writer with excellent communication and comprehension skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
