Public Relations & Content Lead

This role is located at Regal Rexnord’s Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, and is hybrid: 3 days in-office per week and 2 days remote.

SCOPE OF ROLE

The Public Relations & Content Lead will oversee cross-functional PR, earned media, and content writing strategies to build awareness of Regal Rexnord’s capabilities in key industries. This role will collaborate with the marketing management team to drive leads down the funnel with metric-driven, solutions-focused, industry content. 

This role also supports the creation and execution of both internal and external executive communication and will work with leadership across the organization to achieve a holistic approach to communication. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead content team in the planning, creation, and deployment of industry marketing content with the intent of generating awareness and interest in Regal Rexnord industry solutions, resulting in MQLs. Lead the creation of content to nurture leads and drive down the funnel to SQLs 

Deploy a cross-functional approach to content strategy by collaborating across Business Units and Segments to achieve integrated marketing goals and promote the total Regal Rexnord solutions offering 

Support marketing teams in executing a comprehensive PR and paid media plan, working across Business Units and Segments to achieve a holistic GTM approach 

Coordinate PR tactics with US and Europe-based agency partners 

Lead PR and media relations strategies at Tier 1 tradeshows and support Tier 2 tradeshows as determined by business goals. Provide PR and corporate communications support as needed 

Work with the market intelligence team to identify leading market opportunities and adapt content plan accordingly, understanding industry trends and competitive activity 

Coordinate IPS Segment communications, including the monthly Commercial team newsletter 

Support Segment communications leaders to create a cohesive internal communication plan linked to the Executive Leadership Team global strategy 

Perform other duties as assigned 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree in public relations, communication, or marketing 

5-7 years of experience in public relations and internal/external communications at a B2B agency or organization 

Knowledge of best practices and trends in content strategy, marketing communications, digital and social comms, public relations, and media relations, including experience communicating effectively across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels 

Exceptional writing and content editing background, with strong attention to detail 

Experience writing for technical audiences including engineers and SMEs 

Ability to understand current industry trends and apply key learnings to content strategy 

Ability to collaborate with and communicate across all leadership levels of the organization 

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and campaign goals 

Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute 

Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills 

Ability to travel domestically up to 20% 

 
 Experience and Skills Desired:  

Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing content and PR tactics 

Experience with SEO and SEM tactics 

Experience using AI platforms to increase efficiency and productivity
