Job Description & Summary
A career within our EU funds and public projects services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement their investment projects with the help of EU financing.
The ROLE involves responsibilities related to advising clients on public funding opportunities (both national and at EU level) and actively assisting them in the preparation and submission of funding applications, implementation and reporting of successfully funded projects;
Your main responsibilities:
You will be working alongside experienced professionals to help our clients implement their investment projects with the help of public grants; You will proactively identify and engage new clients and partners. You will monitor and analyze available grant opportunities at the national and European level relevant to investment projects; You will participate in marketing initiatives, client outreach events, and promotional campaigns. You will develop clear and concise summaries and presentations outlining programme requirements and funding opportunities. You will structure, develop and draft project proposals; You will be responsible for project management, incl. drafting of tender documentation and managing procurement procedures for supplier selection. You will prepare interim and final project reports in accordance with the specific guidelines and manuals of each funding programme. You'll be part of a highly skilled team and be expected to make a useful contribution to a whole range of client projects. You will report regularly to the Manager and Partner on project progress and client engagement.
What are we looking for:
At least 2-3 years of experience in working with public/EU grant applications; Familiarity with relevant national legislation and regulations, incl.: Law on the Management of Funds from the European Structural and Investment Funds under Shared Management and Decree No. 4 of January 11, 2024, on the rules for reviewing and evaluating offers and concluding contracts under public invitation procedures by beneficiaries of EU grants under shared management. Graduate in Law, Economics, or related disciplines; Strong ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and spoken). Computer literacy, incl. working with Information System for Management and Monitoring of EU Funds in Bulgaria 2020
