The enhancement of strategic alliances with key stakeholders, including congress members, patient advocacy groups/ NGOs, trade associations and health institution, think tanks and other relevant stakeholders that impacts immunization environment.

This position reports to the Public Affairs & Advocacy Director and will work very close with functional areas, including, strategic partnerships, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, market access, marketing, commercial, communication, among others.Ready to make a meaningful impact on public health policy? As a Public Affairs Specialist within our Vaccines division, you'll help build and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to important policy discussions that impact public health.Main responsibilities:Support the Public Affairs & Advocacy team in the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans, concerning government stakeholders, policy makers engagement and patient associations groups.Support regular contact with government stakeholders, patient advocacy groups, NGOs , in order to keep them informed about the scientific environment of vaccines and policy concernsMonitoring and support strategic plans on selected legislative draft bills, according to our business objectives. Preparation of supportive materials for meetings.Organize internal processes related to interactions with patient advocacy groups, including internal policies, internal controls, audits, assuring compliance and adequate implementation.Support the execution and monitor donations and sponsoring projects (project evaluation, collection of documents, due diligence and other internal procedures)Work on the analysis of the political and health care sector scenarios based on the information gathered from consulting companiesWork together the Public Affairs Health Policy team, developing, preparing, supporting stakeholder engagement plans• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activitiesSupport Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.About you Experience: Experience in Government and Public affairs and Institutional relations areas in pharma industry, consulting companies (preferably), trade associations.Soft and technical skillsInterpersonal nd communication skillsCapable to work in a collaborative environment with transversal teamsExcellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrated analytical and research abilities, and effective presentation skillsEducation: First degree at business Administration, Public Health or Human Science.
