Sus responsabilidades claves Develop and implement comprehensive public affairs strategies to support the organization’s objectives across Latin America. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to advance favorable policy outcomes. Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in the region, advising senior leadership on potential impacts and strategic responses. Lead initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation within the governmental and public domain. Collaborate with internal teams to align public affairs strategies with corporate goals and regulatory compliance. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our interests and gather insights. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on public policy issues, strategic initiatives, and progress metrics. Coordinate with the Head of Government & Public Relations Americas to ensure regional alignment with overarching public relations strategies. Manage external consultants as needed to support public affairs objectives. Sus aptitudes Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field, preferably within the Latin American region. Previous experience working within the public sector is a plus. Strong understanding of the political, social, and economic landscape in Latin America Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) Ability to travel within the country and region as required
