RESPONSIBILITIES:

Timely and accurate execution of the accounting processes for travel expenses through appropriate documentation of the processes, updates and suggested improvementsTimely support and performance of the frequent accounting, financial operations (i.e. preparation of jurnal vouchers, accruals, open balances cleansing, pre-payments, reconcile of the credit card inter-company activity and all open aged items, CARS) and administrative tasks (settings and updates of employee accounts in supported applications, preparation of reports, resolving employees query and requests) within the process T&E in line with company goals, procedures and policiesResolving daily operations issues, escalating where support is needed; indicating and addressing improvements in the T&E process to avoid/eliminate thenCommunication with internal auditorsAssisting with other accounting or process improvement projects and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

Very good command of English languageSome experience in the AP department or travel expenses in an international company (Business Service Center )Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)Great attention to detailGood with numbers and figures and an analytical acumenAbility to keep information, employees personal data confidential
