PTP Process Specialist - Slovak speaking

Key Responsibilities:
Perform PTP processes in scope for the respective country and/or region like month end reconciliations, invoice validation, PO maintenance and reportingRegular engagement with country teams and shared services on inputs and outputs for the completion of common processesFocus on building deep business knowledge for the countries in scope to facilitate judgemental decisionsManage updates and maintenance of the period end and year end closing schedules for the countries in scopeManage expense audits, cash flow, working capital requirements and bank relationshipsPerform review and reconciliation of the balance sheet and bank accounts on a periodic basis producing appropriate working papers and other supporting documentationDeliver the processes in scope to the agreed KPI requirements and support performance managementSupport the continuous improvement agenda by providing documented suggestions on how quality and efficiency might be improved
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in PTP processes Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements in relation to accounting standards (IFRS) Fluent in Slovak/Czech and English languageGood communication skills and ability to learn
As a preference:
Experience of using Oracle Cloud or any major ERP systemsKnowledge of Slovakian accounting principles (VAT law, income tax law)
