Your role:

Process inflows of payable invoices within EMEA region into SAP systemControl over accuracy of financial postings, correction of errors and clearing of open positions on suppliers’ accountsPrepare and  present the analysis of vendors accountsTaking care of effective communication between internal and external stakeholdersActive participation in the process of improvement of PTP processesParticipation and support in month-end and year-end closing processPerforming daily tasks and other activities according to the Standard Operational ProceduresCooperation with audit department in case of internal or external control

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable processMaster’s or Bachelor Degree in either of the following areas: accounting/ finance /economics,Very good command of English language,Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in working with SAP, understanding of accounting principle, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable processes,Well-developed prioritization and time management skills, good analytical skills and problem solving approach.
