THE JOB
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the technicial and logistical aspects of the live comedy production , ensuring each event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown.
WHAT WILL THIS ROLE DO
Must Ensure positive and creative environment for the Production department and VenueHave a detailed understanding of deal structure and the settlement processMaintain department manuals and training materials for all production positionsTrain /Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as neededResponsible for adhering to the budget and tracking the financial aspects of departmentCreate and maintain inventory and maintenance logEnsure all procedures are cost effectiveCreates daily/weekly show schedule to present weekly at staff meeting Ensuring information is distributed to General Manager a timely basisWork with the General Manager scheduling appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelinesMaintain regular communications with the GMFacilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organizationHelp to manage stage, sound, and lighting crewsCoordinate operational feedback with Talent BuyerAdvance technical and Hospitality details for shows/events with General Manager and BookerOversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, video systems advising on repairs when neededResponsible for safe and consistent operation of all equipmentAttends production and operations meeting as outlined by the GMMaintain a detailed and thorough filing system of all “past show” files on the shared driveMaintain accurate vendor records, following Purchase Ordering SystemsWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

The expected compensation for this position is:
$21.60 USD - $27.00 USD Hourly** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
