Job Details:

UPS is currently looking for Part-time Warehouse Workers at our Calgary location starting at $17.30 per hour with top rates of $28.71 per hour.

Job Classifications: Part-time WarehouseJob Type: Permanent/HourlyJob Location: 22 Aero Drive NE Calgary ABWork days: Monday - Fridays*Scheduled Shift: 10pm start time *start time may change slightly based on daily operational needs (shift hours are 3-5 hours approximately – hours vary based on daily needs)Category: Warehouse Operations

*Please note that public transit to the building stops at 11:35PM and resumes around 5:45AM* Reliable transportation to and from the building is a requirement.

*Local Sorters will be required to work five days a week with slight changes in shift hours. Shift hours may vary due to the changes in package volume.

Local Sorters are responsible for the loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning of packages in the center.

Required Skills:

Ability to follow set proceduresAbility to regularly lift up to 70-lbs (32-kg) unassistedAble to work with automated conveyor belts and manual rollersComfortable working inside container trailers, delivery trucks or similar equipmentGood organizational and multi-tasking skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding and temperature changing warehouse environmentMust be able to work with and recognize postal codes, routing charts and maps
