Key Responsibilities:· Facilitate PSR education sessions and support client development
· Plan, organize, and facilitate groups, outings, or activities to accomplish program objectives
· Serve as an advocate for clients in implementing their treatment plans
· Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to program expectations and curfews
· Provide transportation for clients and perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· High School education or equivalent
· Two (2) years of responsible employment history

Additional Qualifications:· Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle
· Must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company-owned 15-passenger van
· Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record
· Current auto insurance
· Successful completion of background check, including driving record and fingerprint check

Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
· Sitting, walking, and standing for brief periods
