As a PSR Specialist, you'll provide daily rehabilitative services and support for clients in accordance with state regulatory guidelines. You will facilitate therapeutic activities, provide education sessions, and support clients' treatment plans under clinical supervision. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) education sessions under supervision
Monitor premises to ensure safety and sanitation compliance
Support clients in meeting program expectations and curfews; report behaviors as needed to the CPRC team
Participate in orientation, education, referrals, and accurate documentation
Plan and lead therapeutic groups, outings, and community-based activities
Advocate for clients in the implementation of their treatment plans
Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings
Serve as a positive role model for clients
Operate agency vehicles for client transport and business needs
Perform other duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, or Executive Team
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history
Experience working with individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges preferred
Required License/Certification (one of the following):
Valid driver’s license (required if transporting clients or operating agency vehicles)
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of rehabilitation and case management approaches for behavioral health clients
Familiarity with community resources for individuals with mental illness
Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate group-based programming
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to team collaboration
