Manages psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, stress, and personality disorders of patients.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as resource to other disciplines on patient problems related to depression, anxiety, stress, and behavior modification.Assesses patient's psychological status and provides interventions/treatments such as relapse prevention for addictive behaviors, stress management and positive coping skills.Collaborates with other professionals to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient.Participates in clinical rotation experiences and education seminars.Participates in individual and group supervision.Provides behavioral information for the community that may include public speaking, news releases and other forms of publications.Provides psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team of professionals.Provides psychological testing under supervision of neuropsychologist.Refers patients to other disciplines for consult and evaluations as indicated.Works in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
