Are you passionate about mental health and ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our team as a Clinical Psychologist and help individuals and groups find support, stability, and healing. You'll provide expert mental health care, from crisis intervention to therapy and psychological assessments, all while working with a diverse population and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

Provide individual and group therapy, crisis support, and psychological evaluationsDiagnose mental health conditions and develop effective treatment plansOffer short-term stabilization and conduct psychological testingCollaborate with healthcare teams and offer expert consultationsParticipate in research, staff training, and community educationMaintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and patient safety in all interactionsStay up-to-date on laws, ethics, and compliance policies

What We’re Looking For:

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in PsychologyLicensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in MissouriStrong understanding of psychological diagnoses and therapiesSkilled communicator and team playerOrganized, adaptable, and committed to high standards of careEager to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
