We offer ongoing training and development opportunities for licensed and unlicensed healthcare team members, and have best in class clinical resources for training, education, and point of care support. **About this role** The Psychologistis responsible forprovidingindividual and group psychotherapy, conducting psychological testing, andparticipatingin developing,monitoring, and implementing behavioral management plans. They are an active member of the treatment team andprovidestaff education on psychological issues as needed. The Psychologist is also assigned responsibilities for quality assurance monitoring to ensure the highest level of care for their patients. **Additional Details** Hours are flexible **What you bring to the table** Education + Doctorate in psychology and experience with mental health delivery systems Experience + Significant professional experience in the mental field that indicates knowledge of diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques, including psychological assessment instruments Licenses/Certifications + Licensed to practice psychology in the State of employment by the appropriate state licensing agency **What you will do** + Provide clinical and consultation services in compliance with professional standards and facilitypolicies + Deliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation asrequiredto meet mental health serviceneeds. + Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care andparticipatein case staffing and quality improvementactivities. + Develop and implement goals andobjectivesfor clinical services provided andassistwith staff recruitment andselection. + Participate in supervision, staff development, crisis intervention, and other administrative and managerial responsibilities as needed. **We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer** We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of uniqueness.
