Job Summary:

You will utilize your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, helping clients improve their overall well-being and quality of life. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about mental health, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional care. Your role will involve employing various techniques such as counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological testing to address clients' psychological concerns. 

In this position, you will provide individual, group, and family counseling in diverse settings, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and contribute to a supportive environment that fosters growth and healing. 

 

 

This position offers…. 

Competitive Salary: A salary range of 93,273-98,273 per year, plus up to $12,000 in annual incentives (FC and Autism Psychologist); 97,937-102,937 Training Director and LP supervisor without the incentive.   

Sign-On Bonus - A $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. 

Retention Bonus - A $5,000 retention bonus after one year of employment. 

Clinical Supervision Compensation: Up to $7,800 per year or more for the procurement of clinical/licensure supervision (optional) 

Relocation Allowance - A relocation allowance for the right candidate (amount negotiable based on distance and circumstances). 

Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel 

Work-Life Balance - No on-call duties, Monday to Friday schedule with potential for flexible hours. 

Paid Time Off - 29 days per year, including vacation and holiday pay. 

Loan Forgiveness - This position qualifies as a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, offering loan forgiveness options.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals. 
• Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames. 
• Determine and document diagnoses based on assessments. 
• Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards. 
• Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on cases. 
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved. 
• Document all services provided in compliance with regulatory standards. 
• Assist clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence. 
• Represent the agency professionally within the community. 
• Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed. 
• Facilitate group counseling, education, and specialty services such as trauma therapy. 
• Provide training and guidance on clinical issues and evidence-based practices. 

 

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
• Must possess a doctoral degree in Psychology or a related field. 
• Holds licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (LP) with the applicable board. 
• If working as a Neuropsychologist, must have recognition by regulatory authorities. 
• Willingness to become licensed in additional states. 
• Comfortable providing telehealth services. 

 

 

Additional Qualifications: 
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record and driving record. 
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance. 
• First Aid and CPR certification within three months of employment. 
• Completion of mandatory training and understanding of Collaborative Service Goals (CSGs). 

 

 

Physical Requirements: 
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. 
• Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
