Who we are looking for:

Kootenai Health is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to practice at our regional referral center hospital located in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. 

Ideal candidates will have a strong focus on quality, safety, teamwork and patient satisfaction and have experience working with behavioral health patients and families.  

 

What you can expect:

Comprehensive, collaborative care team including psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and nurse navigators 28-bed unit with a typical daily census per NP of 12-14 patients Full-time includes a 7 on, 7 off schedule; 168 shifts per year  Competitive compensation and retention package with salary plus potential incentives for productivity and quality Robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, CME, sizeable employer retirement contribution, and malpractice (with tail)
