Based in Singapore, the Sales & Service Director will lead the sales & service operations of Process System and Solutions (PSS) Singapore, covering industries such as oil & gas, refinery, petrochemicals, life sciences, among others. You will also position Emerson as the supplier of choice for projects, consultancy, and lifecycle services by leveraging automation portfolio, industrial software, and reliability solutions.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop business in Singapore for PSS, establishing profitable and sustainable business growth. Establish country plan and implement growth initiatives which embodies targeted project opportunities, core market share growth, and penetration of new / differentiated technologies. Provides accurate and punctual monthly forecasting reports to drive business goals and objectives. Ensure optimization of cost and maximization of profitability in execution of projects in Singapore. Provide continuous enhancement to current operation processes to improve productivity and profitability. Work closely with the business units of PSS, and other business units in Singapore to collaborate on key project pursuits and manage key accounts. Collaborate with PSS AP Business Unit to drive technology adoption in the selected accounts, industry applications, and in alignment with global directives. Lead organizational effectiveness by engaging and working on career development of sub-leaders / employees, to establish a highly motivational work environment. Talent development for the team. For This Role, You Will Need: Degree in Engineering. 10+ years of experience in equivalent industry with 7+ years in a leadership capacity preferred. Strong business and financial acumen. Analytical skills coupled with ability to develop and implement business strategies. Effective communication skills. Good people management skills with prior experience in leading a team.
