THE JOB
The Premium Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at Live Nation’s most exclusive venues. This position leads the execution of premium hospitality on show days, overseeing the hiring, training, and performance of frontline staff such as hosts, greeters, and security to ensure seamless service in VIP areas. Acting as the key liaison between the Premium Seat Sales team and venue operations, the Supervisor ensures all tools, resources, and personnel are aligned to maintain the highest standards of service. From pre-show setup to post-show recaps, this role is instrumental in upholding the integrity and excellence of the Live Nation Premium brand.


WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Responsible for hiring and training of all non-F&B night of show premium positions to service the Premium Club and Premium Seat locations- i.e. Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security, etc.Maintains integrity of Premium Seat Sales program.Ensures Premium team maintains open lines of communication to identify and rectify problems in real time.Lead and manage group of 20+ (vary by venue) to execute premium hospitality.Main liaison between PSS and venue operations team.Participates in pre-shift premium operations meeting with PSS team, Club Operations Supervisor & Regional Premium F&B Manager.Ensure that the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience are in place (scanners, wristbands, etc.)Conducts all pre-shift meetings and assignments (boxes, club seats, VIP club, entrance gates, etc.)Monitors VIP Club and premium in-seat sections throughout the evening.Conducts post show recap and relays feedback to PSS and operations team.Works with Box Office Manager on ticket issues throughout show.Responsible for removal of all Premium Club and box seat furniture covers and ensuring everything is covered at the end of show.Requires the ability to work outdoors in the elements and safely lift up to 45 lbs.
