**BIOAXIS** Healthcare, an **IQVIA** business, a leading provider of premium quality, integrated & extensive **patient support** solutions & services, is seeking for a **Patient Support Programs Project Coordinator.** **Your role focuses on:** **Account Management** **:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers. + Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. + Handle account-related inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate program enhancements. + Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. **Program Administration** **:** + Maintain accurate records of program activities, and outcomes. + Build & maintain knowledge base for cross-functionals teams. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program effectiveness. **Reporting and Analysis** **:** + Generate regular reports on program utilization, and key performance indicators. + Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or relevant field. + 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management roles (ideally in the healthcare industry) + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently + Fluency in English **Offered:** + Fast & Οngoing Learning Opportunity + Dynamic workplace & Career Development + Hybrid way of working IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
