Work Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday with Overtime and weekend work as needed

Compensation: Pay Range: $27.67

Plant  Overview:

3 Shift Operation Non- Union Facility with approximately 270 hourly staff members which are a mix of temporary and full-time associates. 100% Food Service, 4 bag soup lines, 1 tub line, 18 Kettles, 5 Filling lines, and 4 packaging lines. Products include Frozen Soups and Macaroni & Cheese

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

Join our team and start your career in Process Safety Management (PSM)! As a PSM Technician, you’ll support the safety and compliance of our ammonia refrigeration systems while learning the 14 elements of PSM through hands-on experience and mentorship.

You’ll assist with Maintaining documentation and records for PSM elements such as:

Operating procedures Training coordination Mechanical integrity Emergency planning Incident investigations Compliance audits Supporting preventative maintenance and environmental responsibilities. Coordinating audits and tracking open items and recommendations. Helping ensure accurate documentation and quarterly updates to management. Assisting with training and onboarding of new refrigeration operators.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, file management). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a technical safety role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to HVAC, industrial maintenance, or refrigeration systems. Experience in manufacturing, safety, or technical documentation. Interest in safety, compliance, and mechanical systems.
