The Global Services function provides professional management services to the firm, including the central operations of finance, information technology, risk, legal, operations and human resources.
PSG is a blend of finance and human resources functions that primarily serves and supports the BCG Partnership and individual Managing Directors and Partners (MDPs). PSG is the custodian of the global framework that shapes incentives, via the design and execution of the annual performance evaluation process and compensation and equity (C&E) programs for MDPs worldwide. PSG is co-led by Ben Holden (London) and Amy Glass (Boston).

A core part of PSG’s responsibility as custodians of the global framework is to ensure MDPs…
…understand and are compelled by the MDP value proposition including and also beyond compensation and equity
…have trust and confidence in the C&E framework and outcomes
…shape their behavior by understanding how the C&E framework reflects their decisions, efforts, outcomes
…feel supported as they navigate key career stages and events
While all of PSG shares accountability for these responsibilities, the Head of PSG Communications is accountable for articulating and executing a communications strategy that delivers on these objectives.
Specifically, this person will…
Define, lead, and coordinate communication processes across PSG, in collaboration with PSG Program Directors, Operations, Programs, and Evaluations teams, including:Defining overall channel and content management strategiesDetermining guidelines on timing, content, localization requirements, and technology stackMaintaining an overall PSG-wide comms calendar, covering email, MDPartnerPortal, and analyst call channelsUpskilling PSGers supporting comm on tools and methodsSupport PSG Program Directors in delivering timely, personalized, and scalable MDP communications through the (co)development and curation of communications assets (templates, FAQs), playbooks, digital tools/ platforms, dashboards, etc.Define, develop, and maintain a communications hub on PSG Portal to provide:Improved access/ navigation for PDs and leadershipCentralized hub of language localization data, comms examples, best practices, and training resourcesLead and coordinate communication and change management processes across PSG in collaboration with Program DirectorsExecute key flagship PSG communications (e.g., Sabbatical approval, tax reminders, part-payment updates, etc.) end-to-end, including evolving existing copy; collating, cleaning, and uploading data required for MDP personalization; testing personalization logic; executing final send and sharing feedback on open/ click rates to PSG leadershipYOU’RE GOOD AT

You will work with Lauren Merrill and the broader PSG team. Depending on specific workstream, you will work closely with a subset of the team on a day-to-day basis and with exposure to Amy Glass and Ben Holden, as the MDP Co-Leads of PSG function.
Additional info
The hourly rate for this role is $116/hr.
